At OrionEdge Technologies LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any product for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@orionedge.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@orionedge.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
